The BOXgraphics Web Portal has been carefully designed with you (the user) in mind. Navigating the portal has been made easy with the Header and Footer that can be accessed from anywhere within the site. All you need is to understand what you can do within the portal and how you can do them. In this Help Post we are going to take a tour around the BOXgraphics Portal and get used to the Portal Menu.

Navigate easily within the Portal using the Header and Footer section of the website.
Access your Design & Print BOX from any location on the website.
Start any Process or Request and view your User Profile from any location on the website.
Find any help/answers to any questions you may have concerning the BOXgraphics Portal.
Important Notice: Always make sure your Profile Status is VERIFIED for unrestricted access within the portal. You will also need your BPIN to start any process or request within the Portal.
Important Definitions
Portal Menu: The BOXgraphics Portal Menu gives complete access to all that BOXgraphics as a design and print service website has to offer. This is found on both the Header and Footer of the website only when User has logged-in into the portal.
Profile Overview: a User’s home page within the Portal, from where User can access all BOXgraphics Services. It also displays a summary of User Profile, Premium Profile, Most Recent Design Requests and Print Invoices and more.
Profile Status: a User’s verification status within the Portal, which can either UNVERIFIED for newly created User Profile requires an update, UPDATED for newly modified User Profile that requires verification, or VERIFIED for User Profiles that has been successfully updated and verified.
BOXgraphics Portal Profile Overview
Profile Overview:
This page is your home page within the portal and is divided into 3 major sections:
1. Quick & Help Links Section,
2. Process Counters & Recent Request Section,
3. User Profile & Premium Profile Section.
1. Quick & Help Links: Here you can find all the links to the BOXgraphics Menu and Help. Click on a link to navigate to page where you can start a process, complete a process or find answers to questions about the portal that you may have.
2. Process Counters & Recent Requests: The Process Counters provides numeric counts of all successfully completed processes that you have done using the BOXgraphics Portal. It counts the number of Designs Processed, Prints Processed and Graphics Downloaded. On the other hand, the Recent Request displays details of the 3 most recently created Design Process and Print Invoice Request. You can also use the links available to access your Design BOX and Print BOX.
3. User Profile & Premium Profile: The User Profile displays general registered information about your profile for quick reference, while the Premium Profile displays information about your Premium plan if you have an active premium profile.
BOXgraphics Portal Menu (Header & Footer)
Portal Menu:
The Portal Menus can be accessed both from the Header and Footer Section of the Website.
A. Header Section: BOXgraphics Menu can be accessed using the Menu Icons that are made available on clicking the Portal Menu Button located on the Header of the Website.
On clicking the Portal Menu button (the green button) located at the Header, a box expands displaying several Menu Icons that ca be used to access all the services that are available using the BOXgraphics Portal. These Icons have been grouped into 4 major sections, also known as BOXES.
Let’s now look at each of the Icons and what they can be used for.
PROCESS BOX ICONS:
There are Two (2) Icons found under this section namely DESIGN BOX and PRINT BOX.
The Design BOX Icon opens a page where you can find all the design process request that you have made on the BOXgraphics Portal. On this page you can see the Processing Statuses of the designs, View the Initial/Review Designs when they have been uploaded, Submit Reviews for Designs, Activate a Download Request for any Design you wish to Download and Download the Final Design Graphics when Uploaded. The Print BOX Icon opens a page where you can find all the Print Invoice Request you have made on the BOXgraphics Portal. On successful print invoice request, an invoice will be uploaded for your print production order. From this page you can activate print production for your order, track the progress of your order and make stop or cancel your order. Click here to learn more about your Print BOX.
START BOX ICONS:
There are Two (4) Icons found under this section namely PREMIUM PLAN, LOGO DESIGN, OTHER DESIGNS and PRINT INVOICE ICONS.
The Premium Plan Icon opens a page where you can learn about and activate a BOXgraphics Premium Plan. Activating a BOXgraphics Premium Plan gives you access to Premium Pages within the portal from where you can get great graphic design processing discounts using GRAPHIC UNITS (GU) that comes with each plan. Other benefits that comes with a BOXgraphics Premium Plan includes, faster design delivery, access to raw file (offline) formats at no extra charge, more initial and final design to choose from, longer file storage time in the BOXgraphics File Storage and more. The Logo Design Icon opens a page where you can begin a logo design process. Logo designs can be processed on the BOXgraphics Portal either in PayPro or Premium Mode. You can select a Logo Plan and Graphic Formats you want for the Final Design of your Logo. Learn more here.
The Other Designs Icon opens a page where you can begin any other design process, like flyers, social media posts, power point presentations, and more. Other designs can be processed on the BOXgraphics Portal either in PayPro or Premium Mode. You can select which type of graphic designs you wish to develop, select required Graphic Formats you want for the Final Design, Number of Media Sizes and set a preferred Size for the design. The Print Invoice Icon opens a page where you can start a Print Invoice Request. A display of available print products provides information about the products and the applicable discounts depending on the designs you intend to use for your order. You can also filter products by categories and click Create invoice when you are ready to start. Click here for more.
HELP BOX ICONS:
There are Two (2) Icons found under this section namely HELP-FINDER and HOW-TO VIDEOS ICONS.
The Help-Finder Icon opens a page where you can find answers to all the questions you may have regarding BOXgraphics Services and Portal. Helps have been provided in Posts (like this one) and categorized into sections for easy access. You can also make special help request using the help finder whether you are logged in or not. The How-to-Videos Icon opens a page where you can find all corresponding Videos for the each help post. You can also make a special video request whether you are logged in or not. Click here to learn more about How-to-Videos.
PROFILE BOX:
The Profile BOX is a section of the Portal Menu that provides information about your BOXgraphics Profile (User and Premium) and a link to User Profile Page. On clicking the View Profile link you will be navigated to your User Profile page from where you can update your User Profile and learn more about your Premium Profile and Plan. Finally let's see how we can access the BOXgraphics Menu on the Footer Section of the portal.
B. Footer Section: BOXgraphics Menu can also be accessed using the links that are available at the Footer of the website under the links labelled as Portal Links.
Info links, Contact Links, Information about Billygold Multimedia Company and a Contact Form are other valuable stuffs you can find at the footer of the BOXgraphics Web Portal.
